The ITE Education Services Pte Ltd (ITEES), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Institute of Technical Education (ITE), Singapore, was set up in January 2003 with the objective of sharing ITE’s expertise in Vocational Education and Training.
ITE was established as a post-secondary education institution in 1992. It is Singapore’s principal provider of technical education and training, and forms an integral part of the mainstream national education and training system. As a Post-secondary Institution, ITE is a statutory board under the Ministry of Education, Singapore. It also develops national occupational skills certification and standards to enhance Singapore’s workforce competitiveness.
ITE is Singapore’s First and Only Education Institution to win the nation’s most prestigious Singapore Quality Award, the pinnacle award for business excellence in Singapore. The Award is comparable to other global excellence awards like the US Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, the European Quality Award and the Australian Business Excellence Award.
